Support desk over MCP (data gateway)

A support-ticket table on a local SQLite file, published to an MCP client as tools it may call — but only the ones you allowed, on the rows you allowed, with the columns you allowed. One table becomes three tools with three different policies: a read-only view with the customer's address masked and the internal note invisible, a write tool that can open and update a ticket but nothing else, and a published pipeline that answers a question rather than handing over rows.

Connects to

  • SQLite

Also includes

  • MCP gateway
  • 2 pipelines

How you know it worked

Run `demo-mcp-data-gateway` once to create the table and its seven tickets — five in the `support` queue, two in `billing`.
