FTP write → FTP read → S3 (MinIO)
Writes a CSV to the FTP server, reads it straight back, and lands it as JSON in the S3-compatible object store. One pipeline, three stores, no glue code — a file connection is a file connection whatever is behind it.

How you know it worked
Open the MinIO console and look in the 'demo' bucket: exports/customers.json holds the five customers, as JSON, having travelled through a CSV on an FTP server on the way.
