Condition, split, merge

The graph shapes, in one pipeline: a condition routes the payload down exactly one port, a split runs its body once per chunk, and a merge collects the chunks back into one payload.

The pipeline

This is the actual graph the template creates — 6 steps; dashed lines are the failure/invalid paths.

How you know it worked

Five rows means the condition takes the 'batch' port, so the split runs its body three times — two, two, one. The run trace on the canvas shows the batch node once per chunk; the 'straight' branch stays grey, because a condition routes out exactly one port.
