Call an app by operation (manifest)
A manifest turns an HTTP application into a connection type whose operations are picked by id rather than by URL. This uses the built-in 'rest' escape hatch, which is the manifest you reach for when the application has no manifest of its own yet.

How you know it worked
The run's output is ten users. Nothing in the pipeline names a URL — the operation id and its parameters do, which is what makes a manifest worth having: the same node works against a self-hosted instance by changing only the connection's baseUrl.
